Despite the site’s restricted logistics, with a single loading bay for all trades and a centralised tower crane situated within the building, we efficiently navigated these challenges.
Within the building, a grand four-story Theatre Auditorium posed intricate requirements, demanding extensive coordination of our works and high Acoustic ratings due to the proximity of surrounding buildings. Working closely with the Main Contractor, we adapted our work sequence to accommodate the client’s revised program, ensuring a timely handover of the building.
