Out growing their existing space, Careys approached us to redesign their regional office in Milton Keynes with the ambition to create a more collaborative workspace. The turning point to this project was identifying an opportunity to transform an existing classroom, that hadn’t been considered, into a modern 2 story shared space.
Running with this idea, we drafted visual designs that would not only meet design objectives but enable us to meet them within their budget. Once approved, we took this project forward with speed, creating an open plan office and a new meeting room, all while ensuring minimal disruption to Carey’s live business environment.
We engaged SJP interiors to help design and enhance our current regional office in Milton Keynes, as we required a further open plan collaborative working space. The SJP team came in and developed an area in which we had not recognised in our initial plans or thought process. They came up with a design concept of creating an open plan office space and a new meeting room over an existing classroom in our old workshop.
Mark and his team helped us in creating the space, working within our budget and maximising the use of disused space. The work was carried out in a very professional manner in a live environment while our business continued to operate. SJP Interiors offered us a full turnkey construction solution that also included supplying us with the furniture we required.
The quality of workmanship and interaction with our team throughout the refurbishment was exceptional, we’re now engaging SJP Interiors on other regional projects.
