From Vision to Reality: A Remarkable Transformation at Glebe Farm School

SJP installed the SFS, Partitions, skim coat, ceilings, acoustic panels an acoustic rafts contract for our Glebe Farm School. This all-through school for circa 1600 students was delivered to a delighted Client in time for the 2022 term and SJP were an integral partner in our success on this scheme.

From the very outset the pre-construction engagement with the SJP team was thorough and they were willing to help with buildability and material choices at each stage of the design process.

Value engineering options were presented throughout the design stage to help meet the Client budget.

SJP secured the contract during Stage 5 and during a turbulent market with COVID affects still ongoing, materials shortages and energy price rises. SJP were open with all challenges presented and we collectively were able to advance order materials and load out into the rooms to mitigate the impact of price increases and material shortages.

Supervision and safety were excellent throughout.
